An old industrial complex, which for many years housed a car dealership and served as the main entrance to the city of Trento, it had been left abandoned since the 1990s. Due to a series of unsuccessful business events and a restrictive urban planning regulations that prevented a sustainable redevelopment approach, the site had become a neglected area — an unfortunate gateway image for the city.

Following the acquisition of the complex through an NPL (non-performing loan) procedure, a comprehensive urban planning strategy was established in collaboration with both the municipal and provincial authorities.
The project generated tangible value — revitalizing a key gateway to Trento, creating jobs, and attracting new commercial activity to the area, accommodating the new LIDL supermarket in Trento Nord and multiple offices.

Through a strategic collaboration between public and private stakeholders, the initiative demonstrated how an intelligent urban planning and a private investment can work together to deliver both economic returns and community benefit.
Today, the complex stands as a benchmark for sustainable redevelopment and value creation in Northern Italy.

Supermercato CONAD

Area Le Albere, Trento

Located in a prime area near Trento city centre, adjacent to Renzo Piano’s revitalized ‘Le Albere’ district, this former industrial complex offered a compelling redevelopment opportunity. Acquired through bankruptcy proceedings, the asset, previously left vacant due to shifting corporate dynamics, benefited from a streamlined regulatory path enabled by a strong partnership with the Municipal Administration.

A capital investment of approximately €10 million unlocked the site’s full potential, delivering a high-performing retail supermarket chain (Conad) and a strategically located buffer parking facility that serves as critical infrastructure for the city access management.
With strong commercial fundamentals, urban connectivity, and a long-term growth potential, the complex represents a resilient and income-generating investment.

Makkani Center

The Makkani Centre, located in the northern business corridor of Trento along Via del Commercio and near the Campotrentino district, has become a key commercial and business hub for the area. The project involved a full demolition, redevelopment and the reconstruction expanding the usable construction area in accordance with the urban planning constraints and introducing a new higher-value use.

Strategically positioned near a critical traffic junction serving the northern area of the city, the complex plays a central role in a broader urban revitalization initiative: fully redeveloped with an expanded floor area totalling to 10,000+ m², across three-storey independent building hosts leading retail brands and dining outlets, including Arcaplanet, Dorelan, Max Factory, and Salotti Federici, as well as dining operators such as Sushiko, and corporate office space.

The Centre combines high visibility, a strong tenant mix, and a central role in the city’s ongoing urban revitalization. This makes it a durable, income-generating investment with significant long-term value creation potential.

Area Ex Tecnoplastica

Located in the middle Trento’s northern retail hub and adjacent to the city ring road, this site offers exceptional commercial visibility and accessibility, in a highly strategic area of Trento which has recently attracted major retail chains and dining operators.
The property, long held back by disputes between investment funds and the historic Musso family, initially supported by banks and financial institutions, was first valorized through a development plan presented to municipal authorities by Mirco Petri. His meticulous financial and urban planning work generated a vision for commercial, office, and residential services.Subsequently, the asset was acquired by a major retail company (GDO), which resumed constructive dialogue with the municipal administration to implement a project tailored to its operational requirements, including the necessary regulatory variances

Former Bersaglieri Barracks

Located on Via Francesco Barbacovi in Trento, this historic building—formerly the 19th-century Bersaglieri barracks—has been transformed into a high-quality residential development.

The project converted the property from its previous educational use into 25–30 residential units, including exclusive upper-floor apartments, and delivered with a major structural intervention over 40 underground parking spaces plus 30 external.
Carefully designed and executed, the redevelopment has revitalized an important urban asset, enhancing both its functionality and long-term value potential.

Situated in one of the most sought-after areas of the city, adjacent to the historic centre, this project involved the revitalization of an aging building, through complete demolition and the construction of a new residential development.
Developed by the Petri Group, the project included the complete demolition of the existing structure and the construction of a new residential building comprising comprises ten apartments of varying sizes, including two- and three-bedroom units and a penthouse, all equipped with advanced energy efficiency and comfort features.

All units feature state-of-the-art energy efficiency and comfort solutions, while the two basement levels provide numerous garages to meet the needs of a high-density residential area, enhancing both the functionality and prestige of the neighborhood

Completed in early summer 2017, the Salé Residence consists of two buildings connected at the basement level by a shared garage.
